That night i decided i had enough of those stupid extensions, i took them off and said hello to my own much much-smoother short hair. Now, i can run my fingers through once more! hurray.
it does makes my face looks rounder but the comfort? makes it all worth it.

It's my hairline that creates a 'v' on the forehead. yes like those you see the emperor or concubine donning in the gu zhuang dramas. Just that mine, aint stick-ons. they are real hair. but recently, i havent been that conscious about it anymore, and enjoys pulling my hair backwards and show all of my fat face. lol. its prolly plainly pyschological but i do feel fresher and more energetic whenever i do that. its gonna take a while for me to attempt this when i am out somewhere far though.
Sunday, Sherman before piano lessons. I had been attending with him for a few weeks now. Pretty proud of this kid for everything. yes, i scream at him (alot) when he cannot read properly or when he wasnt concentrating when i am teaching but sometimes... when i hear him read and realise what a long way he has come to be, really ahead of his friends academically now because i was there to coach him, makes me real proud. When i first got him under my wings after returning from paris, he didnt even know one pathetic alphabet at all and now he reads independently and counts like a pro. you get my drift.

Just 2 nights ago, i was on facebook chat with Thomas and we talked about the french people in Beijing with him. It ended up pretty much like a debate and iroically i was on the french's side versus him as an individual. He thinks french are stupid. And he is french, lol. He was mad with the french(some i too know cus they were from advancia) who did stupid things that made them look stupid.
And as we ALL know, Thomas's a very asian person inside. He loves asian food, asian countries and asian girls i think so. haha. he is basically someone who embraced the asian culture wide armly if you perpetually compare him in angmoh acceptance levels. (lets not include those people on national geographic)
well lucky thing was that no one that he was pissed with was really on my friend's list. So things didnt get heated on. my only fight was that, OK maybe SOME french are stupid because they choose to do stupid but not all of them are. At least, my friends are not stupid. That includes you, mr Salou.
Amidst the topic on whether french are indeed stupid or not , Thomas also shared with me his experience with the girls in Beijing as an angmoh there. contents included girls with rich powerful dads, gold diggers, status hungry females and also the SPGs in singaporean terms. All were interesting because hello, i'm chinese and i let this french dude beat me in hitting the chinese grounds first. anyhow, i was all ears.
of course i was extremely pleased with the way the convo ended, with him agreeing with me all my praises for BFF chauvin. he said even though he doesnt know jb well he could tell he's a nice guy. more than that actually!
and jules, if ya reading this, mr gorgeus fabiani is too in chi chi grounds. :) seriously ni-hao's all the rage in the angmoh arena nowadays. Half of advancia seems to be in beijing. zzz
