Looking idiotic
and very cute. hahaha its irrelevant to what this post is about. so lets get back to where things should be at now.

so anon. Take a deep breathe now cus this is how i eat to lose weight.

Breakfast
-2 Wholemeal/ FullGrain Bread
-Tea ( no milk no sugar no NOTHING!)/soya Milk with almost no sugar

Lunch
-Cooked cereal /noodles soup
(no i do not drink the soup and i tell the uncle not to add any oil)
-Water

Dinner
-as per normal, rice, veg, chicken, pork. bring it on, JUST NO FRIED FOOD NO SOUP and definitely NO OIL at all.

what i do is, after my mum has cooked the dishes, i would 'wash' them with hot water to take out the oil before i eat them. its damn troublesome but its healthier. My mum has now switched to olive oil for me, but i still wash the food when i see too much oil.
i'm so accustomed to eating like this that, if i eat something oily now, i am bound to get stomach upset. so yeah. now i cant get back to eating like i used to.

i'm strict with what goes into my mouth, so for sure no fried food. no unhealthy shit like potato chips and chocolate (unless its dark chocolate but only ONCE IN A WHILE). but i am someone who snacks and LOVES to snack. so this is what i snack on.

get dried cranberries. OMTIAN i love these. prunes work as well. If i get hungry in between meals, i would take soya milk. its filling and satisfying. i snack on strawberries, digestive biscuits and such. YEAH NOTHING YOU WILL CONSIDER TASTY, happy? lol.

also, i do not take sugared drinks and sweets. if i need to, i will take mints. sugar free.

so you see.

i didnt do cardio or exercises until recently cus if you build more muscles while trying to lose weight its gonna get harder. so now i have lost weight i start cardio to tone up.
YUP ONE LAST THING. dun smoke, dun binge on booze.
choose things to eat so that you dun have to go hungry and still be healthy and lose weight. i go to the supermarket alot to get my stuff so maybe you should go too someday and pick those things with 'the healthier choice' labels. =)
and remember to bring a shopping bag.

oh and im sorry for the trouble, how about tummy fats? i beleve you don't have much of tht, lol. however, any idea to flatten it?
