About Kids and about them and me

alright so this is where i teach kids every wednesday and sunday, to read. It's funny but i kinda like kids now because you see it in them, the innocence and the ignorance that we have (allow me to speak for us as adults), i believe lost as we grow in age every year.

Kids, they ask the most amazing questions. And they too say the most unexpected things. I remember this girl whose name was swee ling. I taught her first time on wed and towards the end of the class. This was how she described me,to me.

'Miss E, you are very kind. Are you married?'

'hmm no sweeling dear i am too young to be married, do i look like i am?'

she nods and continues, 'yeah you look like you are married'

i went home that day, and the first thing i did was to take out one more facial mask and put it on my face. she-said-i-looked-as-old-as-someone-who-should-be-married.

I didnt know whether to laugh or cry so i replied her saying,

'i see. but i am not always kind, especially if you do not do your work. i do scold lazy children!'

haha that stopped the topic there. phew

yup and they beg for stickers and sweets and move around so much like they have worms crawling in their bellies. but i am actually glad i took up the job cus i think it helps to remove the children phobia in me. lol. although i would die if i face kids 24/7/365.

i guess it all takes time. But all seem to be going well for now.

well, and as for what i did these days....

I didnt mention but i had some good msn time some days back with darling vic whose living in L.A now. She updated me on things on her side and i was just listening and so excited for her, so excited that i could barely sit still infront of my laptop while talking to her. i really really like the talk we had =)

Too, i spoke to smelly. i mean we dun get to see each other alot but the love's all the way to the brim. ugly loves you smelly.

and to mali my lost guniang, miss caiyue. it was lotsa fun to talk to the girl cus she is as wacky as me. didnt even feel like we didnt speak for a year or so.
