18 october 2007, parisien workers of the metropolitan goes on strike, paralysing the entire railway transportation of the city. Students cannot go to school and workers scream in their hearts thanks that they too, do not have to go to work. Not everyone is affected by the demonstration but most are. Those who are not, rode on bikes or drove cars. if they are feeling weathly, the taxi.

7am in the morn and when the sky looks like it was just 6, jules woke up to the alarm clock and groaned 'i dun feel like going school leh, so tireddddd'
me, sleeping just beside, and sharing the same sentiments. 'meeeee tooooooooo'
and karen on her bed totally ignored us and continued sleeping. that was apparently her answer. and so, we skipped business negotiation class. the guys went on without us. there was only 5 students in the class today. how great, strike day.

we totally wasted the day away strolling ard in montmatre. We do not have much of a choice with the metro down. i had my caricature done and i look like a malay girl in the portrait. the artist was supposed to be really good cus i observed him for some time. but wonder why, i couldnt make out the girl on that piece of drawing to be me. lol.

jules says that its the 'certain' way i look, but i dont 'look like that' all the time. i have no idea what it means, really.

candyoverhead for jason:my 2 friends are going on somrthing called the integration weekend when we, the 3rd year students along with the 3rd year french studs will get to throw pies and all that stuff at the freshies of the university. and mr eye candy, one of the students 3rd year is the organiser of the whole thing, will be going along with my friends to brittany for that thing. HAHA and they are going to get closer to him and find out morreeee. gimme gimme moreee gimme gimme gimmee more. haha.
